  • Ad Mat Sit Ups, 40
Circuit:
  • Box jump (18"/24"), 50 reps
  • Deadlift (Load: 1x), 21 reps
  • Pull-ups, 30
  • Overhead Squats (Load: 25K/40K), 35
  • Clean and Jerk (Load: 25K/40K), 35
Circuit (Load: 12K/24K)
  • KB Snatches (dbl), 50
  • KB Lunges, 50
