Workout:
  • A = 25 pull ups, 50 kettlebell swings, 75 sit ups

  • Squat Cleans, 50 (.25x - .5x bar)

  • Repeat A

  • Push Press, 6 min. (.5x)

  • Repeat A

  • Chest Presses, 60 (in 5 sets)

  • Repeat A
