Gravity Kids must temporarily suspend the Saturday morning 9:30AM class for 3 - 6 year-olds. We'll re-start this class as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience.
What is Gravity Kids
Gravity Kids is a foundational strength and conditioning program for all 7 to 12 year-olds. Anyone in that age group will benefit from this highly functional exercise program including young athletes. Gravity Kids is also suitable as a primary P.E. program for home- and charter-schooled kids. It is broad-based, varied, and functional exercise designed for maximum vitality, coordination, and useful capacity.
Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift and jump effectively and safely. The Gravity Kids program is designed to help kids to grow up healthy and strong, and to promote a life-long love of exercise. Effective, intelligent exercise is the key to avoiding the common problems associated with childhood inactivity and obesity. The program is designed for universal scalability, meaning that no specific experiences or qualifications are required.
GK exercise is incorporated into games, obstacle courses, and competitions that hold the attention of young minds. Instruction also includes making good choices about what to eat for health and performance. Many sessions are concurrent with adult classes, or may include the parents. Please ask for details.
