4th of July Schedule
For the 4th of July holiday there will be only one group session on July 5th. We will conduct an extended 90-minute group workout at 5PM, and you can participate in all or part of this session. All other weekend sessions are on a normal schedule.
Coaching Change: The July 3rd Gravity Girls workout will be lead by Kate instead of Nicolé. Bring your weightlifting shoes.
