Warm Up
2 Rounds of the following:
  • Overhead Squats15 reps             
  • Sit Ups, 30 reps
  • Pull Ups15 reps

Section 1
For Time:
  • Thrusters, 100 reps (33#/45#)

Section 2
Circuit:  Score = As Many Rounds in 12 Minutes of:
  • Kettlebell Swings, 20 reps (12k/24k)
  • Push Ups, 20 reps

Section 3
For Time:
  • Row, 1000 meters
