"...I love it and Terry and I are thrilled by the results in how we look, feel and the energy we now have. You are creating something wonderful that is transforming people’s lives. You can certainly be proud of that! I am looking forward to continuing to take it to the next level and beyond. 42 continuous pull-ups looks like an excellent challenge, that is, when I can raise my arms above my head again." George N

About Gravity Janes

Gravity Janes teaches health. If that seems obvious, then this will not surprise you: those just looking for a place to workout will not like it here.

The artificiality of modern life demands that we no longer remain passive in the face of contemporary lifestyle issues that have the ability to be destructive to the concepts of health.

Health requires knowledge and dedication before it requires physical challenges. If you are not willing to learn and are not totally committed to the task of becoming healthier, you are just working out. We have a much higher standard for the human body.

Gravity Janes will always provide the necessary environment and knowledge for dedicated people to become the healthiest people they can be. While we already know the profound effect this level of fitness has on human performance and the quality of one's life, we are only now beginning to realize how many years out we can extend that quality of life. That's a discovery we'd love to make with you.

Jane Says...

 "Principle of the Rabid Dog:

Exercise as if a rabid dog was nipping at your heels. What would you be thinking about In such a situation? Checking your form in the mirror? Wondering if you are cheating the movement? Resting?

The goal of every meaningful physical challenge is an end unto itself. When accomplishing the goal is the only thing that matters, there is no such thing as technique."

Health Consulting Services - The Gateway To Fitness

The following are on-site consulting and educational programs designed to give our clients a thorough understanding of the principles of lifestyle upon which our bodies thrive.
Presumably you are looking at this site in recognition of the toll that modern life has taken on your quality-of-life. The goal of these programs is to return the individual to a high physical state of health. These are all of the qualities of life that were a natural by-product of an authentic existence in a natural environment - qualities like a healthy and lean body composition, good physical integrity and strength, extensive experience with natural movement, and a broad base of functional capacity. When prevention of injury is part of the goal, the process must be methodical and intelligently programmed.
If you live out of the area some of these programs are available remotely.
