Gravity Janes teaches health. If that seems obvious, then this will not surprise you: those just looking for a place to workout will not like it here.

The artificiality of modern life demands that we no longer remain passive in the face of contemporary lifestyle issues that have the ability to be destructive to the concepts of health.

Health requires knowledge and dedication before it requires physical challenges. If you are not willing to learn and are not totally committed to the task of becoming healthier, you are just working out. We have a much higher standard for the human body.

Gravity Janes will always provide the necessary environment and knowledge for dedicated people to become the healthiest people they can be. While we already know the profound effect this level of fitness has on human performance and the quality of one's life, we are only now beginning to realize how many years out we can extend that quality of life. Getting Started At Gravity Janes

To learn more about Gravity Janes, the best option is to attend our free introductory session on Saturday mornings at 9A. Space is limited. Introductory sessions are advised but purely optional. To reserve your spot please call the gym or register here (click the "Buy Now" link - you will NOT be charged for this session and no credit card information is required).
Whether or not you participate in an introductory session, every GJ client is required to complete an orientation programs - known as "Fundamentals" - before moving into regular group sessions. Exceptions are granted at the discretion of a Gravity Janes coach and may apply to those with some exposure to Crossfit training.
Options below:

1. Group Fundamentals

Group Fundamentals is a 6-session program designed to prepare members for regular CrossFit workouts. There are 2 schedules for this program:
  1. Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ 7:30A, X 2 weeks
  2. Tuesday and Thursday @ 6:30P, and Saturday @ 9A, X 2 weeks.
Group Fundamentals training is a linear process; all participants must begin the training on the same day. A new cycle begins every 2 weeks. If any sessions are missed, there are options for completing the training outside of the above schedule, but some of those options may incur additional fees.

Group Fundamentals can be purchased under one of two plans. Either plan entitles you to training on the schedule noted above. If it is purchased as part of a minimum $140/month autopay plan, there is a one-time Fundamentals fee of $150, and your autopay plan's start date is the day your Fundamentals program is completed.

As a one-month plan the fee is a one-time charge of $275 which includes your Fundamentals training, a one-hour diet consultation, and group workouts for the remainder of the month from the time your Fundamentals training ends.

2. Private Fundamentals

The Private option provides private instruction in vital body mechanics, nutrition, and other effective health strategies. Private sessions are available in any number, but a minimum of 4 hours of instruction is required for eligibility to Advanced Group sessions. Additional friends or family members are eligible to participate in the same sessions, and group rates are available. Sessions can be scheduled at any time or day.
